Design Deposit

We are delighted that you would like to continue with Garden House Design designing your perfect outdoor garden canopy and/or outdoor kitchen after your free consultation with our design team. The next stage is to open your account with just £500, redeemable against your order. Once your deposit is received, we will produce a visual of your design and offer you a fixed price. We will then look to book in a site survey to discuss final details, colours, positioning etc.

Should you decide a little further down the line that the canopy or kitchen is not a suitable solution, then we will look to refund your deposit. However, if we have undertaken a site survey, offered a design visualisation, technical drawings or additional meetings have been completed, a charge for our time will made up to a total of £250.00. Any monies due will be refunded back to you within 7-10 working days.
