Canopy Deposit

We are delighted that you would like to continue with Garden House Design designing your perfect outdoor garden canopy after your free consultation with our design team. The next stage is to open your account with just £500, redeemable against your canopy order. Once your deposit is received, we will commission a site survey, produce a visual of your design and offer you a fixed price.

Should you decide a little further down the line that the canopy is not a suitable solution, then we will look to refund your deposit. However, if we have undertaken site surveys, design visuals and revisions, technical drawings and additional meetings have been completed, we may at our discretion, charge for our time up to a total of £250.00. Any monies due will be refunded back to you within 7-10 working days.
